Return Policy

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy:

If an item is out of stock or unable to ship within the estimated shipping time frame we will contact you and if requested provide a cancellation and full refund. If we send the wrong item (i.e. size, style, color) we will provide a refund or exchange.

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt of item(s). We provide store credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Personalized, sale priced items and Christening & Baptism apparel is non-refundable. Please contact us for a return authorization and for the proper return mailing address.

If you have provided a valid Email address with your order you will receive emails confirming your order and notifying you once items have been shipped.

Items ordered will be shipped on availability. This may or may not result in items being shipped separately. This will not affect your total shipping and handling charges. You will be notified as items are shipped.

Occasionally items ordered have become out of stock, we will notify you by email if this occurs.
