Hats & Headbands ship within 1 business day. Baby Shoes 3-5 business days for shipment. Boutique Dresses vary on styles, please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. Please refer to item pages for availability.

We only ship to the U.S. and Canada.

Express Delivery 1-2 Days from shipment date $31.90 + $15.95 each additional item.

Residents of New York State are subject to 8.875% sales tax.

If you have provided a valid Email address with your order you will receive emails confirming your order and notifying you once items have been shipped.

Items ordered will be shipped on availability. This may or may not result in items being shipped separately. This will not affect your total shipping and handling charges. You will be notified as items are shipped.

All unclaimed or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to shipping and handling charges.

Occasionally items ordered have become out of stock, we will notify you by email if this occurs.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We accept returns within 10 days of original purchase. We provide store credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items must be in new/unworn/unwashed condition (no fragrance, cigarette smoke, stains, dirt, rips or tears). We cannot accept returns on any special order, personalized, custom or sale priced items. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All returns must meet the following criteria:

• Item must be undamaged and in its original packaging and tags.
• Item is not a special order, personalized, custom or sale priced.
• A return authorization has been provided by EarthBabyClothes.com.

A return authorization can be obtained by emailing CustomerService@EarthBabyClothes.Com.

Orders are processed as soon as you place your order and cannot be cancelled.
